His performance has earned him the firm’s highest distinctions, including Sales Vice President, Chairman’s Elite Club (multiple years), and recognition as a Top Producer both in the Newton office and statewide.

    Beyond production, Zev has played an active leadership role within William Raveis, serving on the Agent Advisory Council, where he partnered directly with senior Raveis should executives to help shape company strategy and elevate agent performance.

    Zev’s broader career includes leadership and growth roles at Centre Realty Group, Leading Edge Real Estate, and Keyes Real Estate (Florida). In these roles, he built and led high-performing teams, designed agent training programs, implemented modern CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce, and drove measurable improvements in productivity, lead generation, and sales results.

    Most recently, as Director of Sales & Client Management at Blank Industries, Zev expanded his business expertise by leading strategic market initiatives, developing high-impact sales plans, mentoring teams, and consistently exceeding growth targets.
